Structure


Management of the Baltic RCC is based on the Commercial Code of Estonia, Baltic RCC Article of Association and the Shareholders agreement.

Company governance structure includes three levels in accordance with the Estonian commercial law:

  1. Shareholders - The shares are allocated equally between three Baltic TSOs: Elering, Augstsprieguma tīkls (AST) and Litgrid.
  2. Supervisory Board - One representative from each Baltic TSOs to supervise and overview the strategic operations.
  3. Management Board - Three Board members elected by the Supervisory Board; main responsibility is the day-to-day operations.
